COP 7-4 and Zilart 5

im needing help to kill some nms, i cant solo it with drg/whm because i take too much damage.
the ones i need is :Bibiki bay, Misareaux Coast and Carpenters' Landing for COP
and Ifrit cauldron and cape terrigan for Zilart

it is simple fights thats delaying me because i dont have any kind of help on remore beside shouts ; ;
